Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using this website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 2. Description of Service The Service provides a platform for users to submit and interact with content without creating an account. Content is user-generated and not pre-moderated. 3. No User Accounts The Service does not require or provide user accounts. You are responsible for your use of the Service and any content you submit. 4. User Content You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. 5. Prohibited Content and Conduct You agree not to submit or share content that: Is illegal under applicable laws Infringes intellectual property rights Contains malware, scams, or deceptive practices Harasses, threatens, or abuses others Promotes violence, terrorism, or exploitation 6. Moderation and Enforcement We do not pre-screen content. However, we reserve the right to remove or restrict content at our discretion, especially where required by law or upon receiving valid notice. As the Service operates without accounts, enforcement actions may include: Removal of specific content Temporary or permanent blocking of access (e.g., by IP address or technical measures) 7. Notice and Takedown If you believe content is illegal or violates these Terms, you may report it via anonhosteu@proton.me. We will review and take appropriate action. 8. Liability for User Content We are not responsible for user-generated content. However, we will act promptly to remove illegal content once we become aware of it, in line with applicable law including the Digital Services Act. 9. Anonymity and Logging While the Service does not require accounts, we may collect uploader IP addresses (on successful uploads) for security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance purposes. Data is deleted once the uploaded file expires. Visitor / downloader data is not collected. 10. Availability of Service We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. 11. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. 12. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. 13. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 14.
